Positive: 我們入住五人，床鋪舒適，分配的不錯！ 廚房設備完整，該有的鍋具都有，很方便自煮！附毛巾浴巾和沐浴用品，有洗衣機和洗衣粉可以使用，很貼心！ 有電梯可使用！ 此為booklapland的日租公㝢，參加他們的活動有折扣！ Negative: 房間鑰匙要到辦公室那邊領取和歸還，略感麻煩些 旁邊的住戶是玩音樂的，睡在客廳會感覺到聲音很大聲，如果覺得很吵要帶耳塞喔！ 寄放行李在辦公室要論件收費，提早或延後入住也要收費 如果去北極光博物館參觀，剛好可以免費寄放行李！

it was very good.. except my husband misplaced his watch somewhere and was not found.. Positive: the location was very good… near to almost everything Negative: the bedroom was cold so we opt to sleep in the living room instead..

Perfect location, but extremely cold during our visit. Positive: The place is very central and is in walking distance to all the major attractions, a house shopping centre with all major shops and restaurants are right in front. We went to K Market to buy groceries, it’s literally 5 minutes walk. We also got some souvenirs there. The apartment was spotless clean, no complains here and had literally everything we need (tea, vegetable oil, salt etc) Also, the apartment was actually larger than on the pictures. Even though we were told there is no parking, we parked in the numbered spot that matched the apartment and had no issues. The agent was always in contact and reachable. Negative: Unfortunately, the apartment was very cold. When we arrived it was -34 outside and inside the apartment the temperature was +16. The coldest room was the bedroom, we had to move the bed further from the window as it was very draughty - we had to wear hats and fleece during the sleep. The next night we stuffed some paper towels into the gap by the window, and that actually helped a lot (see photo). Overall, I’d probably stay here again, but not in such extreme cold and definitely not for €199 per night — the price really doesn’t match the quality.
