Positive: lokalizacja oddalona od centrum, trudno ocenić czy jest komunikacja lokalna, brak auta może być dokuczliwy; dom wyposażony we wszystko co może być potrzebne pod czas pobytu.
Negative: dom jest obiektem wynajmowanym czasowo lub okazjonalnie, rzeczy właścicieli są zostawione, łącznie z osobistymi przedmiotami, co jednak jest mało komfortowe. Niektóre meble - np fotel bujany są uszkodzone.

Positive: Nice, clean and cozy place with enough room for 8 people to stay. Big kitchen with all necessary appliances, good sauna. Simple to find and no problems with getting into the house.
