Decent nice place. Negative: We couldn't figure out the lock of the main door from inside. We tried but anyone could have opened it. Don't know why

Amazing Positive: Super clean, nice and quiet area and not far from town centre Negative: -

Comoda e accogliente, a 30min a piedi da Rovaniemi! Positive: Piccola, accogliente e con tutti i comfort che si hanno bisogno in una vacanza come questa. Bella vista aperta sul parco perché al 4^ piano, quindi possibilità di vedere l’aurora direttamente dal proprio terrazzo. A mezz’ora a piedi sei al centro di’ Rovaniemi. Attività e market aperti (alcuni 24H) e vicini all’appartamento. Vicinissima anche alla stazione dei pullman per poter andare al Villaggio di babbo natale o Ranua o altre mete. Negative: Bocchetta dell’aria (penso per il riscaldamento al pavimento) sopra il letto e molto rumorosa. Leggermente freddo quando si sta in cucina e sul divano perché arriva l’aria fredda sempre da quella bocchetta. Il codice porta del portone del condominio non ha mai funzionato (si sono interessati a risolvere il problema, chapeaux!), ci siamo arrangiati con la chiave per fortuna andava bene anche quella per aprire. Doccia senza piatto e con la tenda, molto funzionale se fai attenzione.

Pleasant place to stay for to people Positive: Very nice and pleasant place. Small, but for 2 people fully enough. Well equipted. Clean. Location is outside city center, however nearby there is bus stop with line 8 which is going to Santa Clause Village. I've missed this information in the offer description. In the flat there is some manual / guide. Maybe it would be good to include information about public transport there, as well. Contact with landlord only via booking.com chat, but they were responding very quickly. Negative: Picking up the keys from city center is not very convrenient. Some advantage of such solution is that there is no time limitation. You can take them even in the middle of night. Disadvantage: you cannot go directly to the place from airport or bus/train station. You have to first go to landlord office and take the keys (you will get all pins and codes in the message, before arrival). The airport express bus and Santa Clause express bus have their stop in the city center, nearby the office, however after picking up the keys, you need to think about transportation to the apartment.

No geral gostamos...limpo e quentinho como se quer por este lados :) Positive: Localização - perto do centro da cidade, aeroporto e Samata claus city Conforto - muito agradavel, sempre quentinho. - Limpeza Negative: - anfitrião não respondia a mensagens - ter que levantar chaves noutor sisito foi desconfortável. - apartamento não tem propriamente "2 pisos", mas sim um aproveitamento em que deviam de referir que não tem mais que 160 cm, e ultimpo degrau é muito alto.
