Lapland City Studio

Positive: We stayed for 4 nights. The studio was in the first floor, and it was clean and tidy, warm, had microwave, coffee machine, kettle and some other kitchen utensils, although we didn't cook, only made coffee. Shower was good, and had good storage. Very close to the shops and high street that has many restaurants, it was also easy to get buses to Santa Claus village and to the airport. Negative: Overall, the building and surroundings, were silent and safe. However in the building upper floor, there was someone that was refurbishing, and the noise started too early, like 8 am, where the rules said "to make noise at 10 am. Besides that, nothing to complain about.

Lapponia in 4 Positive: La struttura è piccolina 4 posti letto tutti in un locale, va bene x una famiglia ma x noi che eravamo due coppie è un po' stretta, pulita con piccola cucina e bagno. Vicina ad una grande supermercato con prezzi accessibili come in Italia.

Appartement fonctionnel pour un petit séjour en Laponie Positive: L’appartement est cosy et fonctionnel, même s’il parait plus grand en photo. Le lit est très confortable ! Bien situé en ville, facile d’accès et beaucoup de Uber disponibles pour se déplacer. Negative: Il pourrait y avoir un peu plus d’ustensiles pour cuisiner et renouveler la casserole qui est très usée.

Positive: The location was truly ideal, being in the center of Rovaniemi, everything was at a walking distance. The apartment was also very clean with a few amenities (soap, shower gel, towels...) and comfortable bedding. Overall, highly recommend and great experience. Negative: The ad specifies the presence of a sauna, which strongly influenced our choice. However, there was no sauna upon arrival nor when we asked the hosts in case it was located elsewhere. The cutlery and dishes were also quite limiting considering we cooked almost every day in the apartment with only a small potato knife to cut with and a small pan/pot to cook with.
