Stay was ok. Apartment was clean enough and facilities were ok, nothing special just basic. Positive: Key location was messaged from a lock box Negative: The room details on booking were a little misleading. Some of the pictures displayed a tv which the property did not have. The heating was broken and permanently on full. They tried to rectify but couldn't and when I started to complain they just ignored me

The best staff and excellent warm place to stay in city centre. Highly recommend Positive: Excellent stay. They kept us warm and well hosted until check in Negative: Wish they could daily update us on northern lights visibility

Perfect apartment & Location Positive: This is a great apartment to stay in, only a few minutes walk to the Main Street in the centre. Loved my stay here
