Lovely stay just lacking a few small things
Positive: Really convenient location. Everything was clean and comfy. TV could connect to YouTube, Netflix and Disney plus. Extra bedding was left and a small heater which was perfect.
Negative: Wish there was another mirror and there was only one mirror in the bathroom. A full length mirror would have been useful. Was also left a box of empty breakfast tea in the cupboard.

Negative: Smell from the toilet for every flush, broken light not disclosed, utensils were not clean.

The best staff and excellent warm place to stay in city centre. Highly recommend

Great break away, already planning the return!!
Positive: Clean tidy & new.
Good location for town centre & 10 mins taxi to Santa Claus village & 20 mins to airport
Negative: Couldn’t find toaster
