Positive: -Early check-in was available -Great location in the center of the city (many shops and restaurants near the hotel) -Easy to find Negative: -Wardrobe in the bathroom needs to be fixed -No real border between shower and the rest of the bathroom. Therefore, all the floor gets wet after taking a shower

Piacevole soggiorno nel cuore di Rovaniemi Positive: Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento nel centro di Rovaniemi e l’esperienza è stata ottima. L’alloggio è molto pulito, accogliente e dotato di tutti i comfort necessari per un soggiorno piacevole. La posizione centrale è perfetta per esplorare la città a piedi, con negozi, ristoranti e attrazioni facilmente raggiungibili. Inoltre, l’appartamento è ben accessoriato, con una cucina completa e spazi ben organizzati.

Central location , easy access to transport Positive: The collection of the keys was quite easy Negative: No lighting at the key collection point, making it difficult to see the code and highest box even harder for a short person was very challenging. We had trouble finding the apartment as there is no signage, it would be much easier for people to locate in the dark and with later arrivals. At times we felt cold as the heating appears to fluctuate. A suggestion also would be to wash or replace the shower curtain as it has black mould growing, this is a health concern.
