Need to work on their service Positive: Good enough considering rovaneimi has limited options Good location Enough space for 2 adults two kids Negative: Getting the key was a nightmare in -20 degree weather they claimed to have sent all the information but they didnt Then the office didnt have any staff inside. I kept calling till someone came and helped. Washing machine didnt work nobody fixed it for 3 days

Great apartment, with perfect location Positive: Really nice location and great apartment. Negative: Maybe add a guide to the sauna, and a shower curtain to avoid water all over the bathroom

Positive: Everything was perfect. We could also book the Aurora trip from the same spot, which made this journey even more enjoyable.

Definitely recommend Positive: Our stay was lovely at this very convenient apartment. The bed was super comfortable & apartment was always warm. The location was extremely convenient to walk out into the centre for groceries or restaurants. Negative: Maybe it could have a Welcome instruction booklet in both Finnish & English
