Genial Positive: La ubicación, el apartamento estaba limpio y la cama y sofá muy cómodos

A lovely place in a picturesque town and great base to explore for the Northern Lights. Positive: Our suite was clean, spacious, well-equipped, warm and comfortable. The bathroom & sauna were very good too. The location is very convenient with the centre of Rovaniemi just a short walk away. Negative: Possibly the balcolny could have been more inviting.

Très bon emplacement Positive: Nous avons aimé l emplacement en plein centre., les équipements, le sauna. Negative: Nous avons eu un problème avec la serrure à code qui ne fonctionnait plus à notre retour excursions aurores boreales en pleine nuit . Il n y a pas d assistance prévue la nuit , le tel communiqué ne répondait pas ...j ai envoye in mail à tout hasard.. Heureusement pour nous un membre du personnel a vu notre mail par hasard et s est déplacé à titre prive pour nous,apporter la clef.. Il faut vraiment prévoir une assistance 24h/24 Il manque également une cahier de consignes dans l appartement ( comment gérer les poubelles par exemple...et autre ) Nous n avons vu personne durant le séjour à part le monsieur venu nous depanner en pleine nuit ..

New apartment in a convenient location - would book again! Positive: It was a new apartment, so everything was clean and working. The location is great (walking distance to the main shopping square). The sauna in the bathroom was a nice addition. The host was kind enough to offer an early check-in given we had a long transit to get to Rovaniemi. Negative: The booking advertised a free bottle of champagne on arrival but was not provided. Followed up the host with a query about this, but did not receive a response.

Fantastic we loved every minute of our trip even with a parking ticket. 😭the apartment was amazing Positive: It’s was a stunning property, fantastic location. It was so comfortable and cosy for a family of four Negative: We didn’t get direction on how to work the sauna and I got a parking ticket as the outside was full so I parked on outside the block in front but that was a miss communication
