3 star property Positive: It’s in good location, 5 mins walk from City Center. Grocery store next to accommodation. Negative: No lift in the property, so if you get a room on the 2nd or 3rd floor, it’s tedious to go up and down with heavy luggage. We went with 1 kid, so it was difficult to get the prams and suitcases to the 3rd floor. While booking it should be mentioned about no lift and accommodation. The property was not clean there were hairs on the bed and pillows.

Zentrale Lage / Gemütliches Apartment / Kommunikation und Sauna FLOP! Positive: -) Tolles Apartment mit zwei getrennten Schlafzimmern in guter Lage - in wenigen Minuten erreicht man das Zentrum von Rovaniemi -) Heizung funktioniert gut und ausreichend -) Küche funktional Negative: -) Safe mit Schlüssel zum Check-In ist 10 Gehminuten von Apartment entfernt, was bei starken Minusgraden nicht gut zumutbar ist. -) Extrem enttäuscht waren wir von der Sauna. Es war keine Sauna ersichtlich im Wohnhaus und auch im Apartment lagen keine Unterlagen dazu auf. Auf Nachfrage erhielten wir tagelang keine Info wo die Sauna ist, um dann die Info zu erhalten, dass sie nur zu Zeiten wo wir nicht mehr da sind benutzbar ist. Schade für etwas zahlen zu müssen was dann nicht nutzbar ist! Diese Infos müssen transparent gemacht werden!!

Ottima posizione per raggiungere il centro e tutti i punti di partenza delle escursioni. Appartamento spazioso, conforte Positive: Posizione centrale e casa spaziosa Negative: Bagno piccolo e doccia non comoda
