Traumhaft schön Positive: Einfach traumhaft! Alles war top! Die Aussicht, die Räume, die Ausstattung einfach alles! Negative: Holz für den Kamin hat gefehlt

A very nice house, and seeing the Aurora from the jacuzzi makes it truly special. Positive: Beautiful house in perfect location Negative: The house itself is perfect, but the company providing the service could improve. There are many small details that need attention, such as the jacuzzi not being heated upon our arrival, unclear instructions for the Wi-Fi, missing anti-slip towels on the floor next to the shower, and icy stairs (covered in pure ice), just to name a few.

The house and location are amazing but the service was not up to scratch. Positive: The house is beautiful, nicely furnished, comfortable, warm, the garden is lovely and huge. The kids loved the huge TVs to chill out at the end of the day. Great showers, handy to have a washer dryer. It feels remote and is peaceful and quiet but is actually really close to the city, shops etc. Negative: The cleaning was pretty poor, there was half eaten food in the cupboards, several pieces of underwear left behind by previous visitors (under beds, in drawers, next to the sofa), the hot tub was smelly and cloudy and showed an alert that the filter needed to be cleaned. Only 2 of the 3 bedrooms were made up and there were no sheets to make up the 3rd bed despite asking and being told there were. There were no instructions for ANYTHING so we couldn’t control the heating/put the fire on, using the oven and making sure the door was locked etc was trial and error and we never used the sauna as we didn’t know what to do with it.

Magisch Positive: Unglaublich schönes Haus. Sehr edel und gleichzeitig gemütlich eingerichtet mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail. Die Nachbarschaft ist wunderschön und sehr sicher. Die Gastgeber haben sehr großzügige Geschenke hinterlassen, wie Schokolade, Sekt, Chips und noch vieles mehr. Ein großes Highlight war der Garten und der Whirlpool mit Blick auf einen wunderschönen Wald. Wir hatten auch das Glück, die Polarlichter sehen zu können. Das Hauptschlafzimmer hat große Fenster Richtung Nord-Osten. Zum Einschlafen konnten wir noch die Polarlichter beobachten und morgens wurden wir vom Sonnenaufgang geweckt. (Man kann aber auch komplett abdunkeln, wenn man möchte). Die Nacht in der Unterkunft war magisch und wir können es kaum erwarten zurückzukommen.

Positive: Host was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating! Great communication. Would definitely recommend. Negative: Everything was great.
