We discovered old food waste, bottles, and trash hidden under the sofa, and later additional dirt and debris in the bedroom. This was not a minor cleanliness issue but a sign of serious neglect. When waste is hidden under furniture, the entire apartment feels unhygienic and unsafe. Most concerning, the property had been informed in advance that a pregnant woman was part of our group, creating a clear duty of care, which was entirely ignored. A cleaner was sent only after we complained, yet the property refused any refund, denied fault, and abruptly closed the case. The lack of accountability was alarming. The handling of the situation was equally unacceptable. From the beginning, the property was completely unhelpful, gave inconsistent and contradictory answers, and avoided responsibility. We were blamed for reporting the issue instead of it being properly addressed
